About the Role
As a Sr. Director of Procurement, you will be responsible for all strategic and transactional procurement activities, including the development and execution of sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. You will oversee procurement activities, develop sourcing strategies to optimize costs and quality, lead contract negotiations, manage OEM and distributor spend, and leverage analytics tools to enhance procurement operations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management in a capital-intensive industry.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM).
- Experience in or ability to learn SAP (S4/HANA) and Tableau / DOMO analytics interfaces.
