About the Role
As the Sr. Director of Partnership Operations, you will support the Chief Partnership Officer in strategic planning and execution of key initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing sales policies, overseeing training and program implementation, and ensuring effective communication of team KPIs. You will also lead a high-performing team focused on sales enablement and data-driven decision-making, while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build relationships with executives and industry partners.
- Effective leadership skills and experience in talent management.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Experience in sales operations and compensation strategy.
- Prior experience as a chief of staff.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Familiarity with the financial services or payments industry.
