About the Role
As the Sr. Director of Partnership Operations, you will support the Chief Partnership Officer in strategic planning and execution of key initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing sales policies, overseeing training and program implementation, and leading a high-performing Sales/Partnership Enablement team. You will also analyze sales data to identify trends and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across departments.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of related work experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build relationships with executives and industry partners.
- Effective leadership skills and experience in talent management.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Experience in sales operations and compensation strategy.
- Prior experience as a Chief of Staff.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Familiarity with the payments or financial services industry.
