About the Role
As a Sr. Director, Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, leading special projects, preparing presentations, and managing communication plans. You will also act on behalf of the EPS Leader, oversee financial stewardship, and foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in IT, Engineering or related field in leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, information management, or engineering.
Preferred:
- Professional qualifications such as ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, SAFe, or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience in standing up operating models and leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
