About the Role
As the Sr. Director, you will provide leadership and mentorship to a team of marketers, oversee all U.S. pre-launch and launch initiatives, shape the go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with various teams to enhance patient outcomes and drive franchise growth. You will also manage the brand's advertising budget and ensure alignment with business objectives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 10+ years, or a Ph.D./PharmD with at least 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years leading and managing marketing teams.
- Demonstrated track record of success in U.S. product launches and lifecycle management.
- Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- MBA or other advanced degrees.
- Previous US Marketing experience.
- Oncology experience.
