About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field; master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of SPC, 8D, Root Causes Analysis, quality assurance methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques (e.g., root cause analysis, statistical analysis, FMEA).
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in quality engineering (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer).
- Experience with advanced quality management systems and tools.
- Experience in Solar cell quality and reliability is a plus.
- Knowledge of specific industry standards and regulations relevant to the organization.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
- Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.
- Ability to lead project team or cross functional team.
