About the Role
As a Sr. Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to sustain fab-related equipment, working closely with process engineering to improve current equipment and develop specifications for next-generation products. You will also provide technical leadership in troubleshooting a wide range of wafer fab equipment, including lithography, plating, and polishing systems.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree in engineering plus 3 years of related experience.
- Hands-on experience with high vacuum systems, sputtering, and clean room facilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Experience with project management in a matrix environment.
