About the Role
As a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support multiple executives, coordinate meetings, manage travel arrangements, compile reports, and assist with office procedures. You will also monitor departmental expenses and lead special projects as assigned.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical business school studies in secretarial science preferred.
- Eight or more years of related administrative experience, including at least four years of executive support experience.
Preferred:
- Administrative professional certification(s) such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified World Class Assistant (CWCA).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective business relationships.
