About the Role
As a Sr. Executive Director, you will manage and develop Executive Directors and Associate Directors, build empowered communities, and implement annual plans for fundraising and outreach. You will also recruit and develop volunteer leadership, cultivate relationships with donors and partners, and create a culture of philanthropy within the market.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 7 years of non-profit or related experience directing staff and partnering with volunteers.
- Distinguished track record of volunteer stewardship and exceeding established goals.
- Proficiency in applying sales and relationship building techniques in a non-profit setting.
- Experience managing revenue generation activities including special event fundraising and major gift solicitation.
Preferred:
- Awareness and accountability for financial performance including planning and budgeting.
- Ability to manage complexity and competing demands effectively.
- Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
