Summary
Arkema is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team in Radnor, PA or Cary, NC. The role involves financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting for the Global Coating Solutions organization.
About the Role
As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with various finance teams and senior management. Your responsibilities will include developing monthly reporting metrics, preparing executive presentations, consolidating forecasts and budgets, and providing financial leadership across the organization. You will also be involved in ad hoc analysis and improving business processes to enhance decision-making.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical field.
- 5-8 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills.
Preferred:
- MBA degree.
- Experience with SAP.
- Ability to document work processes for consistency.
