About the Role
As a Sr. Human Resources Generalist, you will administer employee benefit programs, manage inquiries, process enrollment forms, conduct orientation meetings, and coordinate annual open enrollment. You will also maintain confidential databases, process leaves of absence, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Additionally, you will conduct billing audits, coordinate wellness activities, and assist with other departmental duties as needed.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree in related field plus a minimum of three years benefits administration experience.
- High School Diploma plus five years benefits administration experience.
Preferred:
- A combination of education and experience that exceeds the above standards.
