About the Role
As a Sr. Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for strategic HR leadership, operational partnership with site and functional leadership, managing the talent lifecycle, providing guidance on employee and labor relations, championing a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, leading change management initiatives, and utilizing data analytics to track HR metrics. You will also support ESG initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership to influence workforce decisions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within life science, manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and workforce dynamics in a production environment.
- Proven expertise in talent management, workforce planning, labor relations, and organizational development.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex business challenges.
- Strong experience in change management, project management, and organizational design.
- Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and workforce analytics tools.
