About the Role
As a Sr. Industrial Engineer III, you will model factory operations, source and validate data for factory models, calculate resource utilization, and apply Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles. You will also influence factory roadmaps, work with cross-functional teams, and support new production contract proposals while improving factory safety and ergonomics.
About You
Required:
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with capacity analysis tools/methods, labor standards development, and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
Preferred:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with factory layout and work cell design/optimization.
- Experience with project management and CAD software.
- Six Sigma certifications.
- Ability to lead teams and influence without authority.
