About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably electronics or server manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process simulation tools.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SFDC) and data analysis software (Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in parallel in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with server components and rack-level integration.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
- Hands-on experience with automation and digital manufacturing technologies.
