About the Role
As a Sr. IT Network Engineer, you will lead and mentor the IT operations team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage security and compliance. Your responsibilities include designing and maintaining network infrastructures, overseeing data center operations, ensuring IT security and compliance, and providing expert-level support and incident response.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Network Engineering and Security, or a related field.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in designing, setting up, and maintaining complex network infrastructures in large-scale environments.
- Experience in server setup, configuration, and maintenance (physical/virtual, Windows/Linux).
- Proficiency in firewall management and network security implementation.
Preferred:
- Manufacturing/Factory IT environment experience.
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, CISSP, CEH.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese due to frequent interactions with suppliers and internal teams in Taiwan/China.
