About You
- Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience OR typically 14 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- 7-10 years of experience in digital commerce operations, program delivery, project management, or strategic execution.
- Proven experience designing and implementing operating models and driving complex cross-functional initiatives.
- 3-5 years of management experience or equivalent experience as a subject matter expert.
- Experience partnering closely with Technology and Creative teams; knowledge of agile delivery, CMS, analytics, and PM tooling.
