About the Role
As a Sr. Learning Experience Leader, you will act as an advisor for TaskUs teammates, guiding them in their career development. Your responsibilities will include grading onboarding checklists, reviewing end-of-day reports, driving compliance for LMS courses, facilitating training sessions, creating training materials, and providing coaching and mentorship to new hires.
About You
Required:
- Less than five lates with EOD reporting in a six month period.
- Going above and beyond with onboarding checklists.
- Maintaining five cases per month.
- Scoring above 95% in all cases.
- No corrective actions at the time of application.
