About the Role
As a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead software development initiatives, focusing on actor prediction, behavior modeling, and motion planning for autonomous driving systems. You will conduct research into state-of-the-art ML techniques, write high-quality automotive-grade software, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement and deploy autonomous driving features.
About You
Required:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of state-of-the-art ML techniques and DL architectures.
- Proven experience building reliable production systems with large-scale architecture.
- Proficiency in C++ and strong hands-on experience with software engineering design principles.
- Background in perception, prediction or planning in ADAS, environment modeling, autonomous vehicles or robotic applications.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in ML development, particularly in large-scale data and real-time systems.
- Experience working with foundational models, large language models (LLMs), or end-to-end AV planning systems.
- Experience porting ML models to embedded platforms, with strong C++ fundamentals.
