About the Role
As a Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Global Recruitment Marketing, you will be responsible for executing global recruitment marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and championing the Employee Value Proposition. You will also develop resources for local execution and monitor campaign performance to inform decisions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital advertising.
- Prior experience managing recruitment marketing professionals.
- Previous experience as a recruiter, sourcer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and technologies.
Preferred:
- Experience working for a Marketing agency or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.
