About the Role
As a Senior Manager, AI Search & Discoverability, you will lead a multi-disciplinary AI search organization, define enterprise strategies for visibility across digital ecosystems, and oversee technical search health. You will collaborate with various teams to align discoverability priorities with business objectives, manage AI content strategies, and drive innovation in AI search measurement capabilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, data/IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of technical digital discoverability experience, with 4+ years leading multi-team or enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Deep expertise in technical search, including schema/structured data, site migrations, performance, and AI-readiness.
Preferred:
- Experience optimizing for AI-driven and generative search platforms, including answer engines and LLM-based discovery.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience within matrixed, global organizations.
- B2B or Life Sciences experience; familiarity with scientific or technical content strongly preferred.
