McKesson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Insights and Analytics to join their team in Irving, TX. The role involves serving as the enterprise analytics lead, delivering end-to-end business insights across various functions to support the scaling of a strategic platform for specialty providers.

About the Role

As the Sr. Manager, Business Insights and Analytics, you will own analytics across the business lifecycle, develop performance frameworks and KPIs, build executive dashboards, and support planning and forecasting. You will also drive operational and financial analytics, partner across the enterprise for data requirements, lead customer and program economics analytics, and support risk and governance analytics.

About You

Required:

An undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field.
7+ years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, strategy, or operational analytics roles.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

Preferred:

MBA or graduate degree.
Experience in healthcare services, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with rebate-based economics, working capital models, or cash-flow acceleration.
