About the Role
As a Sr. Manager Global Safety Database Configuration, you will serve as a subject matter expert, manage code changes to the safety database, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also develop and maintain documentation, support system enhancements, and manage vendor relationships.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, life sciences, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance.
- Proven coding experience with Oracle SQL and safety databases like Argus Safety.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire.
- Experience with drug safety regulations and pharmacovigilance data.
