Summary
Project Renewal is seeking a Sr. Manager of HRIS - Per Diem to join their Human Resources team in New York City (Hybrid/In-Person). The role involves overseeing the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
About the Role
As the Sr. Manager of HRIS, you will manage the HRIS administration, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, lead the implementation of new modules, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements. You will also develop people analytics strategies, maintain dashboards, and oversee payroll processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in HRIS and payroll management, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Demonstrated experience leading HRIS system implementations.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Paycom, Workday, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven project management experience, including leading system implementations and upgrades.
