About the Role
As a Sr. Manager of Sourcing, you will be responsible for managing supplier performance, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met. You will assess markets, leverage competition, and implement strategies to mitigate supply risks while influencing product decisions within the company.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
Preferred:
- 8+ years direct experience in the semiconductor industry in procurement, sourcing roles.
- 5+ years direct experience managing semiconductor Contract Manufacturers (OSATs, EMS, etc.).
- Fundamental understanding of semiconductor packaging, bump, WLP package technology manufacturing and cost structure.
- Track record of collaboration and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong critical and analytical skills, out-of-box ideation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a penchant for teamwork.
- Project management experience is a plus.
