Summary
Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Process Engineering to join their team in Thousand Oaks, CA. The role involves directing and managing the Photolithography engineering and technician team to improve processes and control parameters.
About the Role
As a Senior Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for sustaining and improving Photolithography processes, overseeing FDC and SPC control, reviewing critical dimension and electrical test results, and reducing held lots. You will develop project plans, define deliverables, allocate resources, and coach the Photolithography team while ensuring technical accuracy in methods used by staff.
About You
Required:
- BS with 12 years’ experience; MS with 8 years’ experience or PhD with 5 years’ experience.
- Experience in a Fab environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience as an engineering manager with direct report responsibility.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience managing a photo process engineering team.
- Experience troubleshooting etch and thin film issues.
- Experience with developing and optimizing FDC parameters.
