- 3-5+ years of successful experience in sales leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to assess competitive landscapes and guide teams to achieve sales targets.
- Experience with Life Science products or scientific instrumentation.
- Ability to lead small-scale projects or workshops to enhance sales processes.
