Summary
Uniphore is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Self-Service AI Agent to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. The role involves driving product initiatives and roadmap for an enterprise-grade agentic conversational self-service product powered by Generative AI.
About the Role
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading product initiatives, defining requirements, running scrum meetings, and contributing to the vision and strategy of the U-Selfserve product. You will also analyze the competitive landscape, collect customer feedback, and support sales efforts to pitch and demo the products.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of technical product management experience in delivering complex enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience in Technical Product Management for LLM-based AI solutions and/or speech/conversation analytics products.
- Comprehensive understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Domain knowledge in building & launching solutions for automation through conversational self-service.
- Familiarity with modern visual conversational dialog management tools.
- MBA degree.
