About the Role
As a Sr. Project Control Specialist, you will work collaboratively with a team to execute project controls strategies, utilize Oracle Primavera P6 for scheduling tasks, analyze project schedules, and provide status reports to stakeholders. This position requires onsite work at the client's office and involves managing projects across multiple states.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of project controls and scheduling experience in a large transportation engineering, construction, energy, utilities or public works environment.
- At least 3 years of experience using Oracle Primavera P6 Professional or EPPM v21 or higher.
- Experience with Earned Value Analysis, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, and Float Analysis.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Must be able to pass federal government security clearance process.

- Annual base salary of $90k–$135k depending on experience.
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 depending on experience and perceived value to team.
