About the Role
As a Sr. Propulsion Design Engineer, you will work across design, testing, and manufacturing teams to develop rocket engines and motors. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring engineers, creating and modifying CAD models and drawings, collaborating with various teams to iterate designs, and analyzing test data to improve propulsion systems. You will also be responsible for making engineering decisions based on technical performance, cost, and schedule, while ensuring compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in propulsion system design and development.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in CAD software for modeling and design.
- Experience with munitions and rocket propulsion systems.
