About the Role
As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will shape the vision for accelerating developer productivity through data and insights. Your responsibilities include driving company-level developer productivity uplift, executing analytics strategies, managing technical roadmaps, improving telemetry quality, and building innovative telemetry and analytics solutions. You will also mentor engineering leaders and promote best practices across the company.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or related practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software design, development, and algorithm-related solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, C#.
- 2+ years of experience in an architect or technical leadership position.
Preferred:
- BS and 10+ years of relevant work experience, MS and 8+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD and 6+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in the developer productivity domain in large engineering environments.
- Development experience with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Github co-pilot.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and various techniques used to safely introduce change into production environments.
- Experience designing and building data processing applications, pipelines, and infrastructure at scale.
