About the Role

As a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will oversee approximately $200M in annual North America MRO spend, manage spare parts and operational supplies for over 40 manufacturing sites, and partner with regional teams to deliver commercial targets. You will provide strategic leadership, manage supplier relationships, and drive continuous improvement in sourcing and supplier management.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Science, or Supply Chain.
Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) expertise.
Minimum 6+ years of global or regional MRO sourcing experience.
Strong leadership, change management, and project management skills.
Proven ability to make sound decisions in complex or ambiguous environments.

Preferred:

Master's Degree in Engineering or similar industry.
Experience working cross-regionally and in multicultural environments.
