Shutterfly is seeking a Sr. Tax Analyst I to join their team in the United States. The role involves assisting with the preparation of ASC 740 supporting workpapers and regular tax compliance.

About the Role

As a Sr. Tax Analyst I, you will interface with personnel at various levels of the company and external partners. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing ASC 740 supporting work papers, federal, state, and local tax return workpapers, and providing income tax audit support. You will also draft responses to state notices and liaise with internal departments to assist with various tax filing obligations.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3 years of relevant tax experience.
Experience in a high growth, rapidly changing work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, including pivot tables and Vlookup formulas required, Powerpoint) and Google Docs.

Preferred:

Master's degree in Taxation.
Knowledge of city/local income tax return compliance.
Experience with Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Thomson One Source.
