Summary
Verint is seeking a Sr. Technical Consultant to join their team, working closely with Wells Fargo's IT team to ensure the success of fraud security solutions.
About the Role
As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for all assigned tasks and projects at Wells Fargo. Your responsibilities will include managing technical escalations, providing training, overseeing analytics/AI deployments, and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders. You will work both on-site and remotely, handling installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Verint's video solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years’ experience in a technical, customer-facing role or physical security in the U.S. banking sector.
- Strong technical skills in enterprise software, video surveillance systems, database technology, and network management.
- Experience in user acceptance testing and project management for large scale software deployments.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.
Preferred:
- Experience with Verint FSS software and hardware.
- Experience managing large, complex physical security projects in the US banking sector.
- Leadership experience in multi-team collaboration.
- Understanding of challenges faced by large financial institutions.
