About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hardware, software, system integration and test development of complex systems across the full product life cycle – concept to production.
- 3+ years in a technical lead, systems engineer, or technical program management role with significant experience architecting and integrating HW and SW into a complex system.
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams delivering products on schedule.
- Proficiency with at least one schedule tracking tool such as MS Project, SmartSheet or alternative.
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with high volume manufacturing test methods, concepts and solutions.
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary discussions between Hardware, Reliability, and Firmware teams to define and drive scope and clarity of work.
- Experience in high speed characterization of devices and operation of high speed and high frequency test equipment.
- Experience developing high-performance systems for aerospace applications.
- Experience in automated testing and system characterization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software) on time, to scope, with high quality.
- Ability to regularly engage with senior stakeholders and influence across the organization.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines.
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
