- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
- PMP certification
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Government Contracting (GovCon) with senior operations leadership
- Proven success scaling an operating model through growth and complexity
- Strong background in contract execution, performance governance, compliance, and risk management
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
- Experience transitioning an organization from small to mid-size or large
- Experience building and maturing program/project management organizations
- Background supporting high-growth environments and major operational transformations
