About the Role
As the SRE Team Lead for Fleet Management, you will manage a team of 6-8 engineers, develop a technical vision and roadmap for the runtime environment, and collaborate with other engineering leaders. Your responsibilities will include guiding architectural design reviews and ensuring platform alignment while fostering a positive team culture.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience working on software and operating distributed systems.
- 2+ years managing engineering teams.
- Deep technical familiarity with Kubernetes ecosystems and containerization technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience leading architectural shifts from traditional IaC to Operator-driven lifecycle management.
- Experience managing and scaling infrastructure across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience designing secure, multi-tenant runtime environments at scale.
