About the Role
As an SSD Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, assisting them in completing necessary forms and gathering relevant details about their cases. You will conduct preliminary assessments of potential cases, document client information accurately, and assist in preparing legal documents. The role also involves traveling to clinics to sign up potential cases and administer the intake process.
About You
Required:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to show empathy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer knowledge and usage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience with SSA, SSD, or SSDI.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
