About the Role

As a Staff Accountant & Financial Lead, you will be responsible for the integrity of the company’s financial ecosystem. Your daily tasks will include reviewing and approving the Staff Accountant’s work, auditing daily transactions, generating financial reports, and acting as the primary liaison for external CPA firms. You will also partner with the Compliance team to enhance accounting procedures and systems, and support daily operational tasks related to inventory and cash management.

About You

Required:

5-6 years of experience in a financial/accounting role.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
High proficiency in NetSuite and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
Extreme attention to detail and high integrity.

Preferred:

Experience with Paylocity.
Ability to manage a direct report firmly but fairly.
