- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (public or private).
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
