About the Role
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for generating and distributing customer invoices, recording payments, managing overdue accounts, processing vendor invoices, and assisting with month-end close activities. This position starts onsite for 3-6 months before transitioning to a hybrid schedule. You will work closely with the Accounting Manager and a collaborative team.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience in AR, AP, or general accounting in a business-to-business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solver with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
- Experience in a multiplant industrial manufacturing environment.
