About the Role
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for recording, reconciling, and managing cash transactions, preparing balance sheet account reconciliations, and assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements. You will also handle internal audits, respond to inquiries regarding financial results, and support special projects as needed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years relevant professional experience
- Working knowledge of accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods
