About the Role
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate journal entries during month-end close, managing balance sheet reconciliations, and working with multiple teams on intercompany transactions. You will assist with external audit needs, coordinate with off-shore resources, and perform ad-hoc analytics. Building relationships with key stakeholders across the company is also a crucial part of this role.
About You
Required:
- Accounting degree
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, including month-end close, consolidations, and BS & PL analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with large ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics SL
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Big 4 accounting firms
