About the Role
As a Staff Accountant, you will monitor and reconcile client and carrier accounts, prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, and assist in maintaining internal controls. You will work closely with the service team and management to ensure timely and accurate accounting processes.
About You
Required:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance, or related degree or relevant work experience.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional skepticism.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
Preferred:
- Insurance experience.
- Public Accounting experience.
- Experience working in Sage Intacct.
- CPA.
