About the Role

As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for posting A/R invoices, sending invoices to customers, assisting in obtaining documentation for chargebacks, and maintaining customer records. You will also handle accounts payable responsibilities, including matching documents, posting invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and managing credit card charges.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
Proficient with accounting software (SAP Business One preferred), Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a paperless office environment.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
