Summary

About the Role
As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset Database, generating Depreciation and Amortization Schedules, completing inventory of all office locations, tracking and paying Personal Property Taxes, performing Lease reconciliations, and conducting monthly bank reconciliations. You will also assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and prepare audit schedules related to bank accounts and fixed assets.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2-year degree preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in accounting required.
- Detail-oriented with a demonstrated understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent proofreading and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
