About the Role
As a Staff Accountant II, you will be responsible for supporting Accounts Payable processes, reconciling the Accounts Payable subledger to the general ledger, assisting with payroll processing, performing routine balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting month-end close activities. You will also assist with audit preparation and contribute to the ongoing improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with month-end close activities.
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Experience with reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced or growing organization.
- Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP platforms.
- Prior experience supporting payroll and rebate-related accounting activities.
