Summary
DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) is seeking a Staff Assistant to join their Bureau of Emerging Threats team in Washington, DC. The role involves supporting the administrative and operational functions of the Bureau, enabling senior leadership to focus on critical mission objectives.
About the Role
As a Staff Assistant, you will perform a full range of administrative, research, and analytical duties, oversee management and administrative operations, and serve as a liaison between senior leadership and subordinate offices. Your responsibilities will include problem-solving administrative issues, coordinating projects, monitoring office functions, managing information, providing executive support, developing policies, and offering training and guidance.
About You
Required:
- Must have a Secret Security Clearance
- Proven experience providing executive-level administrative support in a government, military, or large organizational setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, calendar systems).
Preferred:
- Experience managing complex calendars and scheduling high-level meetings, briefings, and travel for senior executives.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Experience tracking action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely follow-through.
- Experience coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and interagency engagements.
