You will also lead training sessions and support business development related to Supreme Court cases.
About You
Required:
- J.D. degree from a major, accredited law school.
- Admitted to a state bar, active and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of appellate litigation experience in a law firm or legal environment.
- Substantial experience in all aspects of appellate practice emphasizing procedure and protocols.
- Strong organizational, reasoning, and research skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of best appellate practices.
- Ability to articulate case goals and manage resources effectively.
- Experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
