About the Role
As a Staff Attorney, you will be an integral part of a team focused on data breach and consumer protection litigation. Your responsibilities will include drafting complaints, developing innovative legal theories, supporting discovery efforts, assisting with appellate briefs, and conducting in-depth case analysis. The firm values performance over face time, allowing for remote or on-site work.
About You
Required:
- 1+ year of litigation experience (clerkship or fellowship experience counts).
- Strong legal writing skills that are clear, concise, and persuasive.
- Solid analytical skills to understand and untangle complex fact patterns.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn and contribute.
- Intellectual curiosity and energy for legal challenges.
Preferred:
- Law Review/Journal experience.
- Clerkship or appellate experience.
