About the Role
As a Staff Attorney in the Family Law Unit, you will represent survivors in domestic violence-related family law matters, maintain a caseload of family law cases, provide culturally responsive services, and collaborate with community partners. You will also contribute to program materials, participate in legal services coalitions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge in family law.
About You
Required:
- Admitted to Massachusetts Bar in good standing or have comity to be admitted.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience as a practicing family law attorney.
Preferred:
- Experience working with survivors of domestic violence in a legal aid office or clinical program.
- Spoken fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
Benefits
- Salary based on a union scale with a base wage of $73k plus experience credit.
- Hybrid work model requiring in-person attendance at least two days a week.
